RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We accept returns for all qualified products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must be included. We accept returns up to 6 months. Our return inventory program is 6 months for date of purchase.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

All Prizecor products are quality checked prior to shipping. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective item and we will gladly replace it under the manufacturer’s warranty.

HOW TO RETURN

To return a product, please email cs@prizecor.com and include your name, product information and reason for return. You will receive a response within 72 hours with a return authorization number and instructions. All returns must have a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 days. The retailer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning products.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
